This statement explains what happens to the data you send us through this website. It is written to be read, not to put you off.

We collect only what you fill in yourself on the request form: your name, phone number and email address, whether you own or rent, when you want the work done, your preferred date and time for a site inspection, and any message you add.
Depending on what you are asking about, technical details about your home are added: the roof type and its orientation, your annual usage, what you are interested in and whether you are considering a charge point.
We deliberately do not ask for a national register number, bank details or a copy of your identity card through this website.
To answer your request, arrange a site inspection and then send you a quote. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.
The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box before sending the form, and after that the steps needed to reach an agreement.
Requests that do not lead to an order are kept for as long as it is reasonable that you might come back to your question: [TO BE CONFIRMED]. If you become a customer, we keep your file for as long as the law requires for invoicing and warranty.

At these suppliers, data may be processed outside the European Union. Beyond that we pass nothing to third parties unless the law obliges us to.
This website sets no advertising cookies and does not measure your behaviour. We only remember, inside your own browser, which language you chose, so you do not have to choose again on every visit. That choice never leaves your device.
You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict its use or object to it, and to receive it in a readable file. An email to koen.dewolf@alu-dewolf.be is enough; we reply within a month.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle that, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels.
If anything changes in how we handle your data, we update this page and change the date at the top.
